In June 2017, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Seoul, South Korea has agreed to be one of Zaman University’s partner universities. The partnership has been built to implement within the scope of student exchange studies and other joint academic activities and projects among faculty members of both universities.
According to the memorandum of agreement, students from HUFS and ZamanU can go to the host university and spend their one semester or one year of their undergraduate period to study relevant courses there upon the agreement and acceptance by their home university and host university respectively.
Additionally, this agreement will also make it more convenient for faculty members of the two universities to visit the other university whenever there is any program or activity established under the provisions of the agreement.
This Agreement is the extension of the general academic exchange agreement that ZamanU had with the Institute of Central Asian Studies (ICAS) of HUFS since January 2014, while that academic exchange agreement allows for the exchange of publications, academic materials, exchange of researchers and interns, and implementation of joint research projects.
